Shiba Inu Taking Us to The Metaverse.

The developers at Shiba Inu haven't shied away from their love of the cute dog on their website. But they've taken their passion to a whole new level with an Oculus Rift demo called "Shiba Lands" that allows you to explore a rather colorful world along with the famous Kabosu, the first Shiba Inu to live in space.

They’ve posted on their twitter account about #shiberse – the Metaverse Ecosystem.

In another tweet they elaborated that the Leash holders will be the first to gain access and experience their “Metaverse lands”.

Shib coin is the newest cryptocurrency, but what makes it different from the others? It’s a meme. It was created by a group of people who wanted to make a meme cryptocurrency, and they chose “Shiba Inu” as their base meme.

This wasn’t just some random choice—the Shiba Inu is a very popular dog breed that has also become a popular meme in recent years. The idea behind shib coin is that while most cryptocurrencies are based on real-world things like gold or oil, this one would be based entirely on how many people use it, not on how much value it can have.

During the early phase the Shib developers are looking forward to developing Shiberse – a code name for Shib Inu Metaverse. However, according to them they have not yet revealed the metaverse name and the team members. The name is scheduled to be revealed by the end of this month.

They have announced the Shiba's Land preview of the Metaverse! These lands will be available in a special preview sale, starting at a low price and increasing until they're all sold.

LEASH token prices soared 46% in the last 24 hours. The huge supply of tokens – 1 quadrillion – is locked away, while 107,647 LEASH tokens were minted before the Shiba Lands blockchain was created.

By using the queue system, they allowed their community to have exclusive access to the land plots in the Metaverse. During the first selling phase of the land plots, you need to hold $LEASH which will then be traded and valued at a premium price because of its exclusivity. Once all of the land plots are sold out, they will unlock and become available for purchase by everyone.
