What is an NFT?

NFT which stands for non-fungible token. Are generally built using the same kind of programming as cryptocurrency, like bitcoin or Ethereum. A non-fungible token is a financial security consisting of digital data stored in a blockchain, a form of distributed ledger. The ownership of an NFT is recorded in the blockchain, and can be transferred by the owner, allowing NFTs to be sold and traded. Physical money and cryptocurrency are “fungible,” meaning they can be traded or exchanged for one another.

What is Ibiza View Club?

Ibiza View Club NFTs are community oriented NFTs currently consisting of 1001 NFTs from Ibiza island the collection celebrates the Ibiza community which is vibrant and exotic. The holders of the NFTs from the Ibiza View Club get unique, authentic views and experiences at Ibiza. Being versatile assets the NFTs are expected to appreciate much higher in value with time. The holders can enjoy luxury vacations in Ibiza with the success of the collection without financial compensation.

While this project continues to grow the NFTs will continue to rise in price. At a point a liquidity pool will exist, say the visionaries and innovators meaning holders will be able to use proceeds and merchandise sales and commissions to buy the floor.

With the engagement in the liquidity pool, the holders will have access to the VIP passes of scenic views in Ibiza, tournaments and season passes. There will be many more opportunities for the NFT holders as they will get to enjoy VIP tickets to Ibiza clubs and much more.

Who is the Artist?

Christian is an emerging NFT artist based in Zurich, Switzerland. Christian is passionate about Ethereum and sees great potential when it comes to all things blockchain related. After a successful art career. Christian is now focusing on merging his love with artwork, and his love with blockchain technology and has created this fascinating NFT project which merges both his artwork and passion for blockchain all while helping local communities rebuild after the destruction caused by the pandemic in Ibiza.

Road Map

Phase 1 - This phase is all about marketing, establishing our brand, and bringing more clarity and information to our NFT which will be minted and launched for the price of 0.2ETH. We also plan to do multiple Airdrops where we plan to give away free Ibiza View Club NFTs for early supporters. These supporters will also be eligible for exclusive merchandise, ticket and raffles.

Phase 2 - This phase is all about watching the NFT gain in appreciation, To expand our brand we also plan to launch a merchandise store which will host a collection of physical collectibles, prints and artwork. Some items that will be available include high quality clothing such as tops and shorts alongside other merchandise. Also a collection of rare items will become available in shared ownership, which will bridge the gap between the metaverse and the real world. These NFTs will have a price of 0.5ETH

Phase 3 - This phase will centre on the liquidity pool. Part of the merchandise sales and commissions will be used to buy the floor. By engaging in the liquidity pool, holders will gain access to VIP passes of scenic views in Ibiza, tournaments, season passes, and more, in this phase, the owner will have several opportunities to enjoy VIP tickets to Ibiza clubs, restaurants, and a discount for the monthly raffle which will include yacht excursions, hotels, VIP tickets for events and clubs.

Phase 4 - The last phase deals with several culminating aspects of the Ibiza View Club NFT collection; First is longevity. We are committed for the long-term value and versatility of our NFT collection, Merchandise, and community. We will reinvest profits to keep Ibiza View Club ongoing by not only innovating, but also growing our offerings. For example we intend to set aside 10% of royalties for the need of future projects, like our second collection, which allows community members a free mint for NFT holders on any future collections.
