Yes, but it's not clear how effective the copyright would be. Generally speaking, a work of art is copyrighted as soon as it is created. This includes paintings, sculptures, songs, and literary works. However, a copyright provides protection only against unauthorized copying of the work. It does not protect the underlying idea or concept that the work embodies. So, if you create a painting that features a blockchain-based non fungible token, anyone could theoretically copy your painting without infringing on your copyright. However, they could not create their own painting featuring a blockchain-based non fungible token without infringing on your copyright unless they received permission from you to do so.
