Which cardano era are we in?

We are in the Odysseus era. Named after the hero of Homer's Odyssey, it began on September 29, 2017 and will end on September 28, 2024. The name was chosen by Cardano founder Charles Hoskinson. "Odysseus is a great symbol of resilience and perseverance," Hoskinson said in a blog post announcing the name. "He represents the journey of discovering one's true identity and potential against all odds." The previous era was called Icarus, after the character in Greek mythology who flew too close to the sun with wings made of wax and feathers. The heat from the sun melted Icarus' wings, causing him to fall into the sea and drown.
